Week 1 Question

Spend some time choosing your person.

Write down 3 things you admire about them. These things can be anything: accomplishments, ways of being, attributes, etc.

Week 2 Question

What are 2 or 3 little moments or examples that capture the essence of your person?

Think of things that would make you say: ‘that is so Katie [but for your person]’.

These things probably make you smile :)

Week 3 Question

Write 1 or 2 ways that this person helped you grow.

What is one lesson you carry with you when going through your daily life?

Summary Framework

After completing 3 weekly questions, use this framework to say thanks with your story.

I want you to share how you helped me grow and become a better version of myself. You may not remember this particular moment, but it stands out in my mind.

Back in [year, when?], we were [what is the context for what you were doing together or what they were doing?].

Then, you [what the person did, said, recommended, etc].

It was such a perfect example of how you always [trait you admire about the person].

I think about this moment when [how does this influence show up for you?] and it helps me [how does this lesson make you better?].

Thank you for being the person who [how this person helps you: keeps me grounded, reminds me to have fun, etc]. It means more than you know. You make the world a better place.
